Elegant Black Feltex Top Hat

This fantastic black top hat is made from "Feltex", a heavy-duty felt material that is very stiff and durable. The hat measures 13cm in height and 58cm around the internal circumference (oval in shape), and has a 15mm black satin band around the base. The perfect finishing touch to any costume!

Please Note: The hat itself is very light and only weighs 50 grams. It will be securely packed in a heavy-duty mailing box to avoid being crushed in transit.
