Please Note: Although dental impression putty is included in the package, we have had reports from some customers advising that this putty fails to set properly. After consultation with the manufacturer of the fangs, it seems that the problem might be heat damage occurring during transit which causes the active ingredient in the putty to deteriorate. Because the problem is unpredictable but not uncommon, the manufacturer has approved an alternative fitting solution using "Thermal Beads" which will be included with your fangs. If you follow the instructions provided, we guarantee this new fitting method will work every time. If not, simply send the fangs back for a replacement or full refund!
