This absolutely gorgeous adult-size Carnivale Mask has been completely handcrafted from start to finish in Venice, Italy. It features a lacquered papier-mâché base with gold, red and cream colouring and has been decorated with raised gold swirls and inset panels of Venetian scenes above and below the eyes as shown. A red and gold brocade trim provides the perfect finishing touch. The mask has red ribbon ties attached to each side and will be perfect to wear to a masquerade ball.

Papier-mâché is a light and flexible material, making the mask extremely comfortable to wear. It measures approximately 17cm wide x 16cm high. The mask also comes with a sturdy hanging loop and a velvet eye cover to "black out" the eyes when it is being hung on a wall. For wearing, simply tuck the cover up to provide a comfortable resting place for your forehead.
