Shipping & Returns

If you have any problem with your order at any stage, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customers are extremely important to us and we would like you to be as pleased with our products and service as we are.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and most are shipped via Australia Post within 3 business days of payment. Insurance is available for domestic and international shipments. Larger Australian orders may be shipped via a Courier.

Using Australia Post, we are able to deliver to both street addresses and post office boxes. Please make sure you enter your postal details correctly, as we cannot be held liable for parcels being delivered to an address incorrectly supplied to us. If your shipment is to be sent via Courier, you will be informed in advance and a street address will need to be provided for delivery.

On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and advise when it will be available again. In such cases, you will have the option of either cancelling your order completely or placing it on hold.

Returns & Refunds

Please read all of the product information carefully before placing your order.

We will offer a full refund or replacement if a product you receive is faulty, damaged or different than ordered. Naturally, in such cases, any return postage costs which may be required will also be fully refunded.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, then exchanges or refunds of the purchase price only (excluding shipping) will be offered when items are returned unworn, undamaged and/or unused, with any tags still attached and original packaging intact, at your own expense.

Refunds and/or replacements will only be granted if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for an item to be returned for our inspection prior to processing a refund/replacement. Please DO NOT return any item without contacting us first!

In the case of an item being lost in the post, please bear in mind that we will need to lodge a claim through Australia Post and this will take time to be processed. We will keep you informed as to the progress of your claim but will not be able to finalise your refund or replacement until the parcel is officially declared lost by Australia Post.
